Galley Remodel
The galley on SummerPlace had meager storage space for pots, pans, knives, etc. The microwave was 13 years old and very low powered, and the stove was mounted very low to accommodate some useless gimbals. This project added two drawers, a new microwave, and eliminated the gimbals to allow efficient use of all available space.

Homeport - Kalama
In October, our number finally came up for a permanent slip at Kalama Marina. Situated only 7 miles from home, Kalama is in an ideal river location for both sailing and cruising and only a few minutes away for doing projects or checking the lines. The slip is a 60ft. end-tie with plenty of room for a fishing boat. This part of the river is know for excellent salmon fishing in the spring and fall. Our Nonsuch 26 'Catbert' moored here from 2003 until 2007.
